Working at the largest Real Estate brokerage in the US, Erin knows all too well the challenges involved and skills required to succeed within the Real Estate Industry. With demonstrated organisational skills and a background in facilitating staff, Erin is well equipped with the essential tools and training to help agents grow their business.
Growing up in Richmond, Virginia, USA, Erin completed her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management System with a Concentration in Resource Conservation in Louisiana. Since then, she has required extensive experience with the Real Estate Sector working across diverse platforms.
Determined and ambitious, Erin’s track record speaks for itself. After the opening of the Houston office with 16 founding members, she delivered training sessions for staff in multiple areas, including market analysis, listings, presentations, social media, transactions and managing their customer relations. This in turn resulted in an increase to 250 agents and a transition from one office to three.
Erin relocated to Perth with her husband in November 2019 and has since embraced the Aussie lifestyle, enjoying and exploring our great outdoors, wine, food and AFL.
As the Executive Assistant to Brad Triplett, Erin’s former experience as an Agent Success Manager also saw her involved in the recruiting and on-boarding process of agents joining their brokerage and was their first point of contact for queries.
Erin’s enthusiasm and experience in customer relations positions her well to work alongside Brad, in developing positive working relationships and innovation in this burgeoning industry.
